  1. How MUCH you did during a JUMP test is cool and stuff, but HOW YOU GOT THERE is way more USEFUL! Remember that often “train how you play” is not that useful for training or long-term adaptation. 

  2. Various parameters are only useful when they are not only STANDARDISED but done at the right TIME and IMMEDIATELY after a training sessions, match or similar. Make sure that you monitoring DOES NOT have LAG!
