Show Notes

  1. Academic validity vs applied validity: often, in the field, we cannot 100{08333bab68e0686bc73f751d713fa62282d5f4fe4cc6001c554e5bb20454a8c9} be precise enough in the quality of information for academic “standards”. Yet, that does not mean that it is not real, does not apply, nor is useless. Make sure to be flexible in your data approach.

  2. People are unfortunately very selfish. You need to design your team, programs and teams around a common goal, targets and morals that are ABOVE each individual.

  3. DATA belongs to the player FIRST. Make sure to develop a process where they are in FULL control of their own data.
